Who We Are
Praxis Forum is a Quebec based non-profit operative of De Braga Mediation and Arbitration Corp., a Canadian federal corporation, established in 2016 by Jennifer Braga. The organization is dedicated to promoting better access to justice for all Canadians, especially for underserved or at risk-members of the population.
Jennifer Braga is a former federal public servant, with the First Nation and Inuit Directorate of Health Canada, now Indigenous Services Canada. She has backgrounds in labour and business law, public management, and advanced education in health law and policy. She is also a trained civil and commercial arbitrator and mediator.
