How to book a consultation or dispute resolution session
Our consultation and dispute resolution sessions are held weekdays, from Monday to Wednesday, from 8h30am to 12h30pm and from 1h30pm to 4h30pm, except statutory holidays. While Thursdays and Fridays are reserved for internal operations, such as reading through material and writing up proposals and other related documents, we remain available to address urgent or specific requests.
