This conference or work session discusses the topic of the use of executive management discretion as to the conduct of regular operations. Subtopics such as directing or establishing workloads, time required for completing tasks, inspection of the workplace in relation to privacy considerations, and many more issues relating to the use of managerial discretion in the conduct or regular business operations.
