When an intervention achieves a viral coefficient (K-factor) greater than 1, it means each participant successfully passes the tool, knowledge, or resource to more than one peer, generating rapid, self-sustaining community transformation.

Because marginalized groups often experience systemic institutional distrust, they rely heavily on bonding social capital, the tight-knit networks of family, neighbors, and peers. Harnessing these pre-existing networks allows advocates to design compounding loops for health, wealth, and wellness.


By designing low-friction, high-trust frameworks, communities can achieve a positive "social tipping point", organically scaling health equity, economic mobility, and psycho logical safety from the grassroots upward.
